Warranty Policy
All the manufacturers offer warranties against defects for the products that we sell. If your item has a defect or is malfunctioning you MUST call DieselDaddy.com at 800-961-9290 and notify us about your particular problem or concern. At that time we will let you know how we need to help resolve the defect, either through us or through the manufacturer.
Return Policy
If you recieve a product in a damaged box, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. DieselDaddy.com cannot be held liable for any damage that happens while in transport.
If your product is received in good condition but the item is defective, DieselDaddy.com will exchange the item or refund your money.
Any item returned in an opened box must be inspected and be in new unused and never installed condition, with all manuals, paperwork, warranty cards and accessories.
All returns must be within 30 days from the original invoice purchase date.
Any unauthorized returns can be subject to refusal and may include a restocking fee of 15%.
In the event you need to make a return you MUST call DieselDaddy.com at 800-961-9290 to receive a RMA # - (return merchandise authorization number). Please write the RMA # on the shipping box in large bold numbers.
Address your label to Diesel Care Inc., 2740 Whitten Road #111 Memphis, TN 38133 and ship pre-paid using UPS, Fed-Ex or the United Postal Service. Please be sure to include any insurance to cover the amount of the item being returned.
Please make sure the box is securely taped or fastened, and that all product parts, accessories, warranty cards, manual or paperwork and packing materials are included in the original box.
DieselDaddy.com will not accept any returns due to the following:
*Any return past 30 days.
*Any item sent without the proper RMA# and a copy of the original invoice.
*Items damaged due to abuse, neglect or misuse.
*Any electrical products installed or used. This includes but is not limited to chips, modules, programmers, gauges, etc...
*Any exhaust components installed including but not limited to down pipes, mufflers, delete pipes, tips and complete exhaust systems.
*Any custom order specific to your application and vehicle requirements.
